Riding with the Wind – Portraits
In this photo series I've tried to capture the beauty and magic of the circus dome. The second part of the series is dedicated to the “heroes” of the show, the circus performers, who in their performances expand the limits of understanding ourselves and humans in general. The circus, as a mixture of emotions and adventure, gives one of the most powerful experiences, where for a moment, anything and everything is possible. We all become children again, with our free mind and vigorous spirit that can easily ride with the wind. -

Waves
Floating installation in the space is made of twelve photographs in meter format with scenes of Deliblato Sands landscape. It stretches in the form of waves through darkened gallery space, and each visitor illuminates the work with a flashlight, thus attaining the evasiveness of experience of wholeness and detail. Interventions in the form of weaving with wire and wool were made on photographs, expanding photographic landscape into three-dimensional space, so to speak, the landscape “entering” the space and conquering an observer. Landscape interventions are a natural continuation of the motif in photography, accentuating it and bringing it to life. Through this installation, I am questioning the possibility of “transferring” the landscape beyond its reality and of changing perception from usual observation to a sensory experience. The landscape is the last refuge of a man and with this installation I remind the viewers of their origin, their connection with nature, the need for touch and emotion it produces. The installation is accompanied with a sound improvisation by musician and sound designer Marko Jevtić. This work is part of a research process conducted within doctoral studies in art, at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. -
The Imitation of Intimacy
The installation in the space consists of 14 photographs in 180x120 cm format. In the photographs, interventions were made in the form of weaving with wire and wool, which expands the two-dimensional space of the photographic landscape to three-dimensional space, so to speak, the landscape "enters" space and conquers it - conquers the observer or better said the participant in the landscape. Landscape interventions are a natural continuation of the motif in photography and bring it to life. The observer/participant is invited to freely touch the landscape and all its artefacts, with a warning that he may be injured (by the sharpness of the wire) just as in a real landscape. Through this installation, I re-examine the possibility of "transferring" the landscape beyond its reality, bringing it into the fictional reality of art. Landscape as an intimate space is the last refuge of humanity. By imitating the intimate (space), I remind the participants/viewers of their origin, of the need for intimacy, for touch, an emotion that arises from a completely personal experience and active participation. The circular shape of the installation is associated with a kind of ritual modelled on the ancient pagan customs through which people communicate with nature and the "higher forces" they considered superior. The repetitiveness of photographs (similar to the motifs shown on them) distracts the viewer from the traditional viewing of a photograph as the ultimate experience and directs him towards perceiving the whole. That whole changes its expression depending on the place where the viewer is. External and internal viewing of the setting implies a sensory and intellectual experience of one and the same scene. The installation is accompanied by sound by Marko Jevtić.

Short story about… fear
The series of photographs entitled "A short story about... fear" deals with one of the strongest feelings in life for all of us, and that is fear. On one hand, fear drives us to survive, forcing us to go ahead and cross the barriers. On the other hand, fear paralyzes us. Due to the fear we remain locked, frozen in our lifetimes powerless to get rid of that thin, almost transparent membrane that envelops us and all of our actions. Unlike the fear that arises due to the imminent danger, the fear of our own life resides in a subconscious level, and becomes our silent companion, mostly during the whole life. Its destructive power is blurred in the illusion that we passionately cherish - the illusion of control over our lives, just as the photograph has the illusion of reality. However, some manage to solid, petrified form of fear transform into a fluid mass that flows like blood flow to our body and allows it to move freely, changing and evolving. Like the water in which we leave dangling, fear takes the form of what we give to him.

Narration has been constructed around mystical and, due to unsharpness and large grain, almost surreal, abstractly minimalistic scenes, characterised by pronounced visual qualities. Short story about love
The incomprehensible world of love has only one constant - it changes its shape and form in the most unpredictable way. Its elusive appearance evade from our hands, sight and mind creating everlasting abstract form that we stick to so tightly. We are safe from harm thanks to thin membrane created by love ecstasy, but the shadow of mistrust easily breaks this membrane, once solid like spiders net. At last, only memory leaves its traces on the transparent veil of what was once love. Colour negatives, Ink jet prints, 90x120 cm Novi Sad, 2003 -
